What's the best way to book 3 Palabrua?
Direct with us via our booking page is always the best price (no platform commission). But if you prefer to book via Booking.com or Micazu, that works too — current availability is shown there as well.
What is your response time?
On weekdays we usually respond within 4 to 8 hours to an email. On weekends it can take up to 24 hours. For urgent questions during your stay: WhatsApp or call us directly.
Do you speak English?
Yes, we speak fluent English (and Dutch, our native language, plus some Papiamento). Emails, phone calls and WhatsApp are all possible in English.
Can I visit the villa before booking?
Are you already on Curaçao and want to see the villa before booking? Send us an email or WhatsApp — we'll happily arrange a tour at a time when the villa is available.
How far is 3 Palabrua from the airport?
Curaçao International Airport (CUR) is about 30 minutes by car from 3 Palabrua. For our guests we arrange a rental car in advance via partner DaJo Curaçao — ready on arrival.
What do I do if there's a problem during my stay?
Call or WhatsApp us directly — we're reachable 7 days a week for our guests. For emergencies (medical, fire, police) call 911 (general emergency number Curaçao).
